Leaking toilet with rusted shut-off valve
I had leaking toilet and its shut off valve was rusted open to my horror so I called Mr. Rooter. Daniel Thomas from the Newmarket branch arrived and did the repairs. He was really friendly and knew exactly how to fix the issues really quickly. He answered all my random questions while he was working and even gave me estimates on other plumbing projects if I decide to address them in the future.
He had an iPad with him that linked up to Mr. Rooters' servers which outlines the cost of replacing the shut off valve, leaky toilet, and other estimates. He showed me the cost of the work up-front before he started working so there was no surprises. Since it was all the costs were through the iPad I was emailed the invoice and even the estimates for future reference.
Since Mr. Rooter is large and employ many people which can vary, I recommend Daniel Thomas from Newmarket if you fall under his branch's service area.
