We had a a completely closed kitchen sink drain, and two slow bathroom drains. The closing of the kitchen drain occurred on a Sunday, and Mr. Rooter sent someone out within an hour of my call.
The plumber sent (Waqas) was courteous, ensured he left no mess, explained everything he planned to do (snaking), and the cost, before proceeding.
I have used this company once before for a major plumbing job, and had a similar, excellent experience.
I recommend contacting Mr. Rooter for plumbing problems of any scale without reservation.
