High water bill due to my toilet
Brian came to my door so promptly within an hour that I could not believe it.
He was smiling and courteous and gave me his card as he put on his protective booties. He diagnosed my leaky toilet and fixed it right away while educating me on how to check for the problem should it happen again.
On his suggestion, and my approval, I joined the lifetime service.
Brian did a complete check of my plumbing before leaving.
And if that was not enough, he fixed my computer printer in a minute. He is the best. Give this man a raise!
