We have a story and a half Etobicoke home and doubled the size with the addition. The build was complicated since it involved a lot od peaks to match our existing home. David the owner had great design and construction ideas from his many years of building that were extremely helpful.
He was pleasant to work with and was responsive during construction. Tony the site manager was a joy to work with and answered all of our questions. Supper talented at what he does.

There are a lot of skillful workers in this company but they do not like contracts that are less than $100,000 that are small for them. I asked them to renovate one existing bathroom and to build one bathroom from scratch. They did decent job but it took them 6 months to do it although they promised to do it within 1 month..As my contract was small they constantly left the site in favour of more lucrative contracts. Also there were deficiencies and flaws. Some of them they fixed after but some not.

Dave Strathy offers a full-service company from design and construction through to interior design upholstery and window treatments. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a kitchen renovation and he delivered. During the process we spoke with him on a regular basis and he was both pro-active and a problem solver extraordinaire!

We also had a small problem with some accessories disappearing before they'd been installed and he took care of it without question or additional cost to us.
