Natural Concerns Incorporated

We are in the process of attempting to put our house on the market and were looking for a competant company to get the job done. After losing our emails and not returning phone calls Natural Concerns finally set up a date to do the work. WE only used them because a friend has a loose connection with them and we felt some obligation. What a mistake. The work was done well for the most part although there was no foreman for the job, they sent the wrong plant material, and had the wrong work order with them. Clearly organization is not their forte!! They did rectify these problems but at an additional cost! Why should I be paying for their mistakes? I am extremely disappointed and will be sure to spread the word that they are not a company were you get what you pay for. What a disappointment.
