This guy is a joke!!! We requested a specific design for a new home and he returned a sketch that was kindergarten quality and did not meet any of the required wants or needs. The sketch that we gave him had more detail than what he returned to us. We paid a substantial fee for what we had hoped to be a set of plans we could pass on to a builder and when this did not happen, we requested that at least some of the fee be returned, however, we have not to date received even an email of apology. We do not appreciate being treated this way, and strongly recommend that nobody use his "service".
