Milorad Tiling

After reading all the reviews here on Homestars website, we contacted Milorad tiling. The backsplash job was done in 2 days right after our first contact. Excellent work. Milorad and his son have done fantastic job and I will definitely recommend anybody.

I am very pleased with the job that MIlorad and his son Serge did on my kitchen floor. Communication between my son (doing my reno), myself and MIlorad on all aspects of the job was excellent. Milorad was there when he said he would be there (which is almost unheard of in my experience!), arrived early, worked steadily throughout the day and had the job done in a prompt and timely fashion. I will definitely be calling Milorad and Serge back for the extension of the floor into the hallway!

Milorad and his son did an excellent job on my kitchen back splash. He was very professional honest and on time. He came in 3 separate times to ensure the job was done correctly. Great quality work. I would highly recommend this firm.

Milorad and his son tiled my foyer and hall this past month, and once again their attention to detail was top notch. I've had Milorad tile for me before, from kitchens to bathrooms and eveything inbetween. This is my third home, and I'll definitely be keeping Milorad Tiling as my main tiling contractor. Milorad is always punctual, curtious, trustworthy and fair in pricing. His work is pure quality craftsmanship. I always receive compliments after my tiling renovations. We have nice kitchen floors thanks to Milorad and his son. They did an exceptional job. Milorad has a great eye for details and does not rush just to get the job done. He made my kitchen look like a work of art. When he finished grouting, we were not home but he waited for us to make sure that we are satisfied with his work. I had a hiccup with scheduling the other contractor and they worked it out so that they were not in each other's way. They were professional to deal with from beginning to end and I would highly recommend not only to my friends but my family too.

Milorad re-tiled our master bath a few months ago. When he first came to give us an estimate, unlike others, he asked what we had in mind, took lots of measurements, made a few suggestions and then gave us his estimate. The workmanship is excellent. He is very diligent, working about 10 hours a day for 6 days straight. He cleaned-up every night before leaving and never dirtied the rest of the house. He recently gave me a follow-up call and I asked him if he had any grout left from our job that he could give me because a small crack had developed between the floor and the tub surround (something I expected because of the floor movement, entirely beyond his control). He insisted on coming by, on a Saturday, to correct the issue himself, and at no charge!
I almost wish we had more tile work to do just so I could give him more work.
We were very impressed.

We are very happy with tile work that Milorad and his son completed in our bathroom. They took great care and pride in their workmanship.
We had some unique issues and requests with regard to our shower enclosure in that we wanted glass tile on the threshold and in the soap boxes. Milorad was not only able to accomodate them but did so happily and with exceptional results. He was fast, courteous, and tidy. We will definitely hire him and his son for any tile work in the future.

I recently moved into my new home and noticed the uneven tiles, the work that the previous tile contractor did was not to my standard and needed to be fixed. I called Milorad and asked him to redo my master bethroom tiles. He levelled and retiled the floors and recerated my initial desired tile pattern. I was amazed at Milorad's extra precision in his work. I was glad to have someone come in who was professional, friendly and who got the job done right and quickly. I would definitely recommand Milorad to anyone needing tiles installed and my future projectors.

Milrad and his son were very polite, always punctual and professional. Their workmanship is detailed and exceptional and I have already recommended this father and son team to another friend.

Last month I called Milorad because he came highly recommended from my friend who previously renovated her home. I planned on tiling my foyer, laundry room, powder room and small backsplash. Milorad made sure that he took extra care in levelling my bamboo hardwood floor in my family room with the tiled floor. This totally exceeded my expectations and provides a beautiful transition from room to room.

Milorad was pleasant and very responsive from the first phone conversation. He came directly to my home (at 8:00am) the following Saturday and provided an estimate for my projects as I was busy later that day. His quote was competitive and fair. The installation was available within a few days.

Throughout the week, Milorad arrived at my home at 9:30am and began working. He worked some days until 6:00pm mainly because of his meticulous and exact nature. I highly recommend Milorad for any upcoming tiling projects you may have. My husband and I are very pleased and satisfied with the quality of his work, and will call him in the future for any other tiling projects we may have.
