Milorad Tiling

The gentleman and his son were the consummate professionals. They showed on time, provided quality work and cleaned up after themselves. When I inspected their work, they corrected the little issues without question. I must admit, it's difficult to find a reliable residential contractor and he certainly exceeded my expectations.

10+ workmanship! I had a bathroom and backsplash that needed tiling; Milorad and Serge answered my prayers. My husband and I asked for a beautiful backsplash in my kitchen and bathroom, as well as a beautiful granite floor and they surely delivered. Three days in and out and the job was complete. They were very professional and considerate and I'm extremely delighted with the results. I undoubtedly recommend this duo to anyone. These guys are the BEST Toronto has to offer!

Milorad and his son Serge laid marble tiles in our foyer and main floor powder room. They arrived on the job as scheduled and completed it within the agreed timeframe. Despite requesting a very complex laying pattern and adding work, Milorad and Serge were very enthusiastic about completing the job. They were very professional, personable and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were satisfied. We are very pleased and delighted with their workmanship. The pride that Milorad and his son have in there work is outstanding. Of all the people I called Milorad was the only that took the time to explain what caused the tiles to crack / break. He went over analysis of why this might be happening before even talking about doing the job. His years of experience are truly on display every min he is working. The attention to detail to make sure the job is done right is impeccable, he was always on time and stayed until the job was done for the day. The job was done the exact day we first talked about and everything was left clean and finished.

I would use Milorad again and comes highly recommended, I even have a few other projects that might engage him in.

Milorad and his son were exceptional and a did a fantastic job. We hated both our bathroom and entryway, and we can't be more pleased with the final product. Other than one small incident due to a miscommunication, which Milorad took upon himself to correct immediately the next morning, the entire process was painless. I met Milorad and Serge at my next door neighbour’s house, while installing tiles around his backsplash and fireplace. I was impressed with their work so I asked them for an estimate for my kitchen backsplash. The next day my project was finished. Their price was very competitive and appropriate. Milorad and Sergen did our kitchen floor in the past and they did such a wonderful job that we asked them to come back as we had some more tiling that needs to be done since the cabinets had been installed. Sergen (Milorad's son) finished our kitchen reno by doing a beautiful job installing the backsplash and also our front foyer. He is great. He was professional, he answered all our questions, gave us a few suggestions. We are so proud to show off the kitchen (with his tile work), we even showed some of our co-workers the pictures he had posted in the homestars website of his work.

Milorad and his son are a rare find. They are meticulous and detailed with their art. They also believe in full communication and being true to their word (polite and friendly too!). They did a beautiful job and I will definitely be calling them again in the future. You will have no concerns with these two pros in your house.
