Mirza Osm did a great job in helping us clear out our backed up sewer line after midnight. He knew what had to be done, removed the initial blockage, tested, but unfortunately was still blocked. He continued the work and found out the "root" cause, which was unfortunately roots grown into our line and proceeded to clear the way. He did the job professionally and as quickly as possible. And in the process reseated one of our leaky toilets. Also gave us advice on what to expect with the in grown roots and how to contact the city for assistance and did his best to clean up any mess after the job was done.
