I had some odd issues with my older 60 Gal electric hot water tank. Milani sent over Dawn to help me out. She was knowledgeable, efficient and even tolerated my dumb questions.
Dawn gave me a good run down of my options and got us back up and running with hot water. I appreciate that she didn't push a new tank after I told her that I wanted to get a few more years out of the existing one.
Excellent service. I know who I'm calling when I'm ready for a new hot water tank.
