We ordered appliances. Great sales rep, on the ball and good response. Once we purchased the appliances than…3 months later, still waiting for on of our appliances. We are pretty understanding for unforeseen delays but, in this case, they came twice to deliver. The first time they had the wrong item, the second time they knocked on the wrong door and left. You have to go by their delivery schedule and they won’t make exception despite you waiting they correct their mistakes. They basically don’t care once you fork the money. I wish they looked like they care. In my book, that would make a difference. Don’t make the same mistake than we did. Go with a store who care about customers. I can’t even imagine if we have problems with the appliances. I predict hell.
