I ordered,in advance, over $60K worth of high end applainces. I was told, some weeks later, to pay in full for them, otherwise, I would face price increases, stupid me, I paid for them, and now 2 months later, I am about to move into my home and several of the appliances are delayed or missing. The Sub Zero Fridge is missing in action, despite the fact I paid in full, so they sold my fridge to someone else, now I move into my home with no fridge and no firm delivery date. I cannot recommend this company, very poor service which in my opinion borders in unethical business practices. I voiced my concerns with the manager at the store some weeks ago and he never bothered to follow thru as I called him to complain today and he didn't have knowledge of the fridge being delayed yet again, take my money and run Midland Appliance, that is sure what it looks like to me!!!!
