Foundation repair, underpinning, waterproofing and new weeping tiles
Work started with an assessment from Dean - very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was required and answer any questions. Work began within a week, as scheduled. Can't say enough about Magnus and his crew. They exceeded our expectations:) They were polite, respectful of your property, and left the worksite clean, orderly and safe at the end of each day. These guys are focused and know what they are doing! Couldn't believe how much work they were able to accomplish every day!! During the process, they discovered they did not actually need to do as much work as originally thought - as a result the final bill came in less than originally quoted. We would absolutely recommend Dean, Magnus and his crew. You will not find a better team for this type of job!!
