Merry Maids Of Oakville

For 4 hours of work, merry maids did my bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and kitchen (which was absolutely disgusting and filled with mouse poo). A little pricey but I am certainly glad they came in and did a great job! Place looks brand new.

Second, the cleaner was nearly an hour late and affected our planning for the rest of the day.

Thirdly, the surfaces supposedly cleaned were scummy, dusty and had food/dirt stuck to the surfaces of the fridge and floor. The toilet was dirty as well. Spent over an hour cleaning and scrubbing the day after the cleaner "deep cleaned". Deep clean was quoted at 3 hours and even though the cleaning she did was sloppy, the cleaner ran out of time and did not clean the cabinets or appliances that are part of deep clean.

In terms of the office, not one person provided an invoice either right after the clean or later but they demanded payment ASAP. They were going to complete/fix the job but wanted payment prior to this. When I complained, I was accused of "talking down" to staff. It also seems disorganized, since I had to repeatedly request the time for the appointment scheduled as it wasn't sent to me. In addition, not sure why the Milton office was emailing me about invoices and payment for the imaginary invoice (Still not received).

Don't recommend. Find someplace that doesn't quote multiple rates and overcharge.

We LOVE this cleaning service/team and have been using them over 5 years now. The staff is friendly and always do a fantastic job. It's a pleasure to come home to a clean house that just sparkles. Their professionalism, attention to detail and general awesomeness make them #1 in my book. Highly recommended!!

Merry Maids are great they do a wonderful job and love our dogs too. Our glass shower doors have not been so clean since they were new. Very happy. I would highly recommend them.

My wife underwent surgery in April 2018. Her recovery has been extremely slow.Having our Suite completely freshened every two weeks has been a benefit to us both. Kerri (the lead person) has been cheery,consistent,conscientious and obliging.
Occasionally when we spot a small “extra” requirement, the task is completed willingly .

We have chosen Merry Maids over individual service providers over the security concerns and have been happy with their work for about half a year already. Some cleaners provide better service than others in my opinion and there is no opportunity to select or retain a particular cleaning crew but the managers do go above and beyond to meet the client's expectations and make sure my house is cleaned in a way I like it - thank you, Cherri, Naomi and previously Tara! I can certainly recommend Merry Maids.
