In terms of the office, not one person provided an invoice either right after the clean or later but they demanded payment ASAP. They were going to complete/fix the job but wanted payment prior to this. When I complained, I was accused of "talking down" to staff. It also seems disorganized, since I had to repeatedly request the time for the appointment scheduled as it wasn't sent to me. In addition, not sure why the Milton office was emailing me about invoices and payment for the imaginary invoice (Still not received).
Don't recommend. Find someplace that doesn't quote multiple rates and overcharge.
