Our roof was in need of replacement for several years. When we first moved in we reshingled our roof, as this was the most cost effective solution. Needless to say there were two layers of Shingles that needed to be replaced. I started this project two years ago in advance and had several companies come by and give us quote and even went so far as to pay an organization to come out and give us a quote.
During our search we leveraged Homestars and found that Mega City Roofing had some excellent reviews. I had Tom come out and give us a quote. He was professional, honest and upfront and one of the few companies that actually went on the roof to look at the condition it was in. Tom was honest and upfront on what was required and left me an estimate. After speaking to several companies, we decided to move forward with Mega City.
During our business dealings, I found Tom to be honest and upfront. Although not the cheapest, truly received value for my investment and have already recommended Tom to a colleague, who hired him. The team showed up ( 7 people) early and finished the job same day. There were a few linger items that needed to be completed and Tom came out personally to address and ensure it was done. I was impressed in the quality, knowledge and the clean up. I would recommend Tom and the team to anyone who wants the job done well and someone you can trust.
