I sent my wife there years ago to buy her new computer. What a mistake!

They used hardware that wasn't common. I remember searching for modem drivers and network drivers; they were so difficult to find. Reformating her computer was a pain in the bum.

I've never walked back into an MDG store again.

MDG computers were pleasant to deal with in terms of staff. But the quality of the service was weak because the computers were low grade and they were not upfront regarding the quality The agent promised me a particular feature on the phone but when it was delivered it was not the same. This was really a difficult experience.
