We needed to have our two level spiral staircase, bannisters and hallway refinished as they were severely worn. I called Rick and he came out the next day to give me a quote. He was honest and professional. He told us that our floors were the worst he had ever seen! We booked to have our floors done for about a month later. His team was punctual and efficient. They covered the doorways with plastic to cut down on the dust spreading. They cleaned up after themselves. The end product was magnificent! They blended the refinished floors into the existing hardwood beautifully. Considering the shape of the floors, we were apprehensive on how they would look. They were perfect! I highly recommend Mclaughlin Flooring for any refinishing project.

Mike was very accomodating in fitting in a date for our hardwood floor install after many problems getting flooring delivered. He oversaw the installation of our hardwood flooring, leaving his very knowledgeable team to finish the job. They left the site spotless.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB
My first impression of meeting Rick was very good. He is very professional, punctual and friendly. We had A large and detailed job. We had 1,100 sq. ft. Done. His crew which included max worked very hard and long hours. Attention to detail was given on the entire job. We have had a lot of compliments given on the job. We would highly recommend Rick and his team to everyone.

I met Rick doing hardwood at a neighbour's home and asked him if he could help us our with our carpet.He came right over and looked and sent a very good man to do the job.

I had Rick place new laminate in my condo. The size was approximately 480 square feet - living room, hallway, bedroom. The job was done very quickly and my floors look great. I would highly recommend McLaughlin Flooring.

His crew were prompt, professional and displayed an excellent work ethic. They finished all four rooms in two days, leaving us very pleased with the result. Great service. Rick and his crew were very professional. From initial estimate visit through to completion and cleanup they were always on time, neat and precise. We needed the existing flooring removed and a new engineered hardwood floor installed. Rick's quote was the most reasonable one we received. They also accommodated several requests on the prep work and finishing. Everything was completed exactly as discussed, on budget and on time. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with them and our floor looks great.

We are thoroughly pleased with the quality of work that we had done on our kitchen floors. Eugene was able to perfectly match our old oak floors to the newer walnut ones in the adjoining room.
