Jamee, the first point of contact, was more than happy to answer my questions about what I was wanting to purchase, timing, and more than accommodating to have an individual come out to my home. Michael, the owner of McKinnon came out to recommend an AC of brand (s) they carried. Also to see location of Install for the crew. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable. Once I purchased, an install crew was sent within week. They arrived at my home on schedule, brought things in, told me
what they were going to do, Install install inside and outside, was professional, clean and once system was up and running, things were explained about the install.
I would highly recommend McKinnon for your heating and cooling requirements.
