Work commenced on March 2006 but needed constant oversight of work-in-progress by owner to ensure that the work would be completed. Owner made progress payments on a timely basis. Final billing in July 2006 was overcharged due to a calculation error. The owner repeatedly requested Massimo to refund the overpayment since July 2006 to June 2007. Massimo continues to ignore emails and telephone messages. Total lost of $700. Cannot recommend this contractor based on irresponsible behaviours and poor business dealing.
