Very dissspointed with our last purchase at Martin Daniel. The service and quality has gone down dramatically.
The sales people are extremely rude and will say anything to get the sale. Once it's finalized, they will deny what they had promised earlier.
The customer service is just as disappointing. Basically, no warranty on the purchase and you have to take care of the product yourself. They just ignore your emails claiming later that they were too busy.
If you're planning on spending money on good quality furniture and service - go elsewhere.
