My husband and I recently ordered a set of Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds for our large front living room window from Mars. Because of the size of the window and awkward bulk head above the window we were having trouble deciding on the best design. The folks at Mars were very helpful! Spending extra time showing us many options in the show room and even sent someone out to consult with us and take all of the final measurements. The blinds were delivered quickly and Mars assisted with the installation making it fast and convenient. Once installed we noticed a slight manufacturer's defect in the material. Mars proactively offered to coordinate with Hunter Douglas a full replacement immediately for the small flaw in the blinds demonstrating to us that they truly stand behind their product and customers! I will definitely be using Mars again and recommend them to my family and friends!
