Maret's Quality Home Cleaning

Certain staff were incredibly unprofessional (which is obvious from your response) and the quality of the cleaning was terrible. Unfortunately I did not discover this until I had a closer inspection after they had left and had given her a tip as I was distracted by the fact that my camera was missing (BTW a report has been made with the police!) I had to ask them a few times to use disinfectant not just water on certain areas that needed to be disinfected i.e. kitchen counters, fridge. I personally spent 2 hours after the cleaner left when I re-inspected the place, recleaning all the places she had missed or had cleaned poorly. I also had to redo some areas that still had stains (very easily removable ones) and streaks.

After a complete bathroom reno, and a general dislike of dusting, I called Maret's home cleaning, and within 15 minutes of the initial call Maret was standing at my doorway wanting to inspect the house. After a reasonable quote and date were arranged, she and 2 women were 10 minutes early on cleaning day. The did a fantastic job...Something that would have taken me days and days to do, they professionally did in a working day...I have no problems recommending this cleaning company to anyone looking for a excellence!

We were desperate for a very good cleaning post 14 month renovation; plaster dust was EVERYWHERE and the house was uninhabiatble! Through the internet we discovered Maret's Quality Cleaning Service and their team took 1 day to dig us out of the mess we were in! They are incredibly professional, trustworthy and efficient.

We had just about completed a large renovation of our house and the house was full oo dust. We needed an energetic and qualified cleaning job and we reived it from Maret's service. We are now using her service for weekly housecleaning and are very satisfied to date.

I'd asked Maret to do a spring cleaning job in my kitchen plus wash down walls and trim in my hallway. She brought Inga and Ella to my house and they did a fantastic job. Both ladies worked until everything was sparkling and all the time with smiles on their faces. Nothing was too much for them.
Maret returned when they were finished and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I have decided to use this company for a monthly clean of my entire house.
It's so nice to find a company committed to customer satisfaction, many out there don't care and only want the money for what is often a mediochre job at best.

Maret jiggled her schedule around to suit my time frame and the 'battery-charged' Meryl worked consistently until everything from my baseboards to my chandeliers were dust free and shining. I was able to organize and pay for this service over the internet without even being in Toronto. Superb job and very flexible people working hand in hand with the decorator and the builders. Maret is very responsive to her email, and personally oversaw the job. Very pleased.
