Railings review in Toronto

When we first started this project, we called in MnB paving, since they had done an excellent job for us in the past. Although we had some communication problems with Michael, once Vince got involved the communications issued disappeared. Within days of Vince calling (we found out he had some medical issue causing the delay) we had a date to start the work. The crew arrived early and had the old patio demolished in short order. they worked diligently throughout the day. When the job was finished, we had a well construct front porch that looks fantastic and adds to the curb appeal of the house. I would definitely recommend any project that Vince is involved with.

Railings review in Toronto

It pains me to write such a negative review. I usually only write positive reviews. We asked MnB Paving to give us a quote on expanding our front porch. We have had success with them in the past. We signed up on Sept. 20 and they gave us an estimated time to start the job of 1 month to start and we gave them a $500 deposit. When we tried to get in touch with Michael the only number, we had was an answering service. After leaving numerous messages we finally got a call from Michael from his cell phone. He said, they had delays due to weather and Covid and would get in touch with his Father to get a start time for us and would call us the next day. This was weeks ago, and we still have not heard from him. We have left numerous messages, on both the answering service and and his cell phone, both by voice mail and text. And after weeks he still has not returned our calls. It's as though he is scared to talk to us. I can accept delays happen but to be totally ignored is not acceptable. I finally heard from the father who did answer his phone and a date is set to do the job.
