Started off fine but went downhill quickly. Between the blatant discrepancies, strange phone messages, making decisions for me because they were really busy and didn't take the time to check their own notes and then a registered letter telling me my warranty would be voided if they didn't close the pool (even though I had just spoke to them on the phone and told them another pool company was closing the pool when they installed my safety cover (ordered it from another pool company because of noted issues above with paradise pools and the cost was the same))makes me believe that I should have just contracted another pool company from the start and it would have been worth the few extra thousand.

We apologize for any misunderstanding, inconvenience and aggravation we may have caused you during the closing of your pool. We always insist on closing new customers’ pools to prevent any damage to equipment, liner or water quality, therefore if anything does occur we will take full responsibility and rectify the problems
We are elated to know that you saved money with us and hopefully that eased your disappointment in our policies and procedures. Unfortunately when something is requested on a contract and signed we order it as soon as possible to ensure our customers get prompt service. We understand people change their minds about items but we then have to reorder and that takes time which we can not expedite in timely fashion. We never meant to make you feel like we were deciding anything for you we just trying to fill your order. We are delighted that you received your safety cover and your pool was closed by professionals.
