Very impolite, rude, unprofessional technician.

Called him to repair our refrigerator which had a failed evaporator fan motor. He came and replaced the motor. On the same day we started hearing a wobbling noise and reported to him. He didn't like it. After 5 or 6 unfriendly phone conversations, he turned up with a different part. It turned out the part he brought with him is wrong one. He gave some pointless explanation and expressed extreme annoyance at me asking him very common questions people would ask in these situations. At last he said he found a loose screw in his original installation and tightened it. That seemed to make the noise go away.

Now for the worst part. He blamed us for causing the loose screw not accepting he did a shoddy work in the first place, much to my bafflement and even rage. I felt very indignant by this. He kept insisting on this and finally left after some rude unfriendly talk, which was completely unnecessary in this situation.

Very bad professional. I would say never to Baytech appliance.

Zareh from Baytech Appliance and repair came to my house in a couple of days to fix my dryer. My first clue that he was not on the up and up should have been that he didn't give an estimate nor any invoice. But I was trusting and he said he had fixed the dryer for $200. It worked for one load. After a couple of days he came back and told me that it was just bad luck and my ignitor had gone out. I asked how much it would cost to fix it and he said $20-$25. So we agreed to the new ignitor. He had to order the part, so another couple of days later he came and put in the ignitor in 10 minutes. Then he told me that I needed to pay over $100. So, I said that he could take his part back, we didn't agree to that fee. So, he took the ignitor and several other parts. Now I have lost $200 and my dryer is in worse shape.
