I have been a long term customer of Leon’s, if I need a piece of furniture, appliances or a beautiful piece to make my home amazing with great strong quality, rich look and great value for my money, Leon’s is my place to go…if Leon’s don’t have it then I don’t need it!!
Recently, I purchased a furniture set and due to some unforeseen issues I returned it and got a replacement. The return process was friendly and hassle free. Derek, the store manager at the Whitby location was very understanding and considerate. My replacement sofas were on a special order 10-12 at the time of purchase however Derek made sure to work his magic to get an earlier delivery date.
I worked with George, Lola and Derek at the Whitby Location and I have to say I am pleased with their professionalism and consideration. Thanks guys!!
Delivery at Leon’s is also superb. The delivery guys are great and were on time with calling before coming over and ensure all the waste materials were take care of. I even asked the delivery to move my old sofa to a different location and they did it, no question asked!! Thank you Leon’s in Whitby for an outstanding delivery on service!
