Renovation project/new construction
The original quote was reasonable when I contacted their salesperson, Sven. However when it came time to deliver the doors they delayed my project by over 2 months. They would do partial deliveries, for example a front door with no side lights! The glass came over a month later! Finally they wouldn't finish the job until they were paid in full first. I would not recommend using this company.

Hello, after further review we spoke with "private user" regarding the partial deliveries and glass delays. In our industry staggered deliveries and glass delays are common. Any backorders do not get charged a delivery fee. As for the glass delay, our suppliers dictate the time frame of when it is received. We advise our customers up front when orders will be ready and if there are any delays as best we can. Also, as a COD customer (cash on delivery) our policy is 50% deposit and the balance when shipped. The customer is advised of these policies which is outlined in an email.
