Latham's

Really great service. The guys came out right away. Very friendly and a very competitive rate. Will use again for sure. Also the plumber was very attractive which was a nice bonus.

Technician arrived on time and installed my new dishwasher. He was courteous and professional however he took like 4 smoke breaks during a 1.5 hour job which probably added up to at least 15 minutes which I was billed for. Otherwise I was satisfied with his work.

We supplied our own hot water system and Dean from Latham's installed it. His work was quick and he stuck to the original quote despite encountering some difficulties. The system works well and we have encountered no difficulties. Dean was also very friendly and great to have working for us.

We had a great experience with Lathams. Our air conditioning broke in the middle of a heat wave. The have a 24hr line which is great, and came out on the weekend to take a look. They had to order parts but they came in quickly, and they came out right away to install them. We were very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

The boiler in our building got replaced about 4 years ago and since then it has been being serviced on a somewhat regular basis and still there is no heating in the hallways of the building. I guess there is something wrong with the way the "old system" and "new system" are communicating. Anyhow, since the replacement we have spent more money on servicing the new boiler than had been spent the previous decade with the old boiler.

Latham did offer the most competitive rate and they are very professional but this ongoing servicing leaves me quite dissatisfied.

Latham's repaired my under-sink plumbing when my dishwasher stopped working. They did a great job, choosing to replace the flexible hose with some copper piping. They explained why the cost would be a bit more but in the end they didn't charge me extra - they charged the quoted amount. I was also involved with using Latham's to do large strata projects at our condo complex. They always did a great job.
