Absolutely outstanding! Workmanship exceeded expectations for our solid oak dining set. Lanciano took the time to understand expresso stain we wanted for our 30 year old set. Examined every piece, replaced glass which broke 10 years ago. Oak was so heavy the moving company Lanciano used was fantastic, careful, meticulous and timely. We spoke with Donna who was professional, had expert knowledge about the craft and phenomenal. Thank you ever so much .

We had just moved to our new bungalow and found some damage on our dining room furniture. Angelo came out and in a very reasonable time frame got the furniture picked up, repaired and refinished and returned. We were so impressed that we had Angelo re-finish our dining room chairs and two antique end tables. We just got them back today and they are beautiful!!

We had a window installed in our home. During the installation, the window fell into our living room and landed on the corner of the sofa. The wooden trim was cracked in two places. The sofa structure was cracked inside.
The sofa has been in my husband's family for over 25 years and was given to us as a wedding gift.
We tried getting quotes from reupholsters in the area, however we couldn't get anyone to commit to repairing the furniture. We took a huge risk, having our furniture shipped to Toronto, over an hour away from our home. To a company we knew absolutely nothing about.
The window company paid for the sofa to be rebuilt and reupholstered.
I paid for the matching chair to be reupholstered along with two other pieces.
All the wood was stained cherry wood colour and we had a washable black suede put on all 4 pieces.
When the delivery men came to pick up the pieces, they recognized the sofa and chair. They use to make this furniture years ago and fortunately they had the replacement piece for the sofa.
I was told 4-6 weeks. Our furniture was professionally delivered to our home exactly 4 weeks to the day.
This is a family run business. Donna, is amazing so efficient and professional. We communicated via e-mail, she sent the fabric sample with her brother upon pick up of the furniture. I believe her Dad was also on the delivery/pick up run.
Donna told me they would be at my home around noon. They arrived at 11:45am. Delivery is very flexible and hassle free, the way it should be.
When the furniture arrived, it was wrapped in protection plastic. The gentlemen unwrapped it for us. You can't tell that the sofa was ever damaged. The furniture feels better now then it did before. Every little detail on all the furniture has been taken care of.
The one chair, we had stained and covered to match the sofa and matching chair, looks incredible. This chair was very special to me, My mother spent her last days before she passed away from Alzheimers in that chair. The chair was stripped down, and built into a beautiful memory.
All the furniture is stunning to say the least.
We will be using this company again in the new year. They truly are wonderful people to work with.

I had received a few quotes to have an used maple dresser refinished. Donna was responsive, patient and professional. The dresser was finished on time, delivery was flexible and it looks fantastic! The delivery guys were great - they arrived on time and were very concerned about not damaging the piece or my house, and maneuvered it up to the room I wanted it in. I would happily recommend Lanciano.
