Bathroom and kitchen renovation

Shoddy workmanship of a 40K bathroom renovation. Tiles are separating because grouting wasn't done properly and the concrete application wasn't done properly. Marble permanently covered in grout that can't be removed. Ermanno was very difficult to deal with. I would never recommend them to anyone. The tiles and marble are being replaced.
