Kiya and his crew were a pleasure to work with. they were fast friendly efficient and took the time to explain things to me. even though my job wasn't a very big job. I felt as if i was they're most important customer, and that really does count for something. He was reasonably priced and the finished product looks amazing. I would definately recommend him to anyone who is looking to do some eletrical work in the home. Kiya and his crew are knowledgable and insightful, which turned out to be a blessing when it came to the work at my house. Now that my wife and i have found someone who does great work and we can trust we'll most certainly be calling on Kiya.

Kia and his team completely replaced all the knob and tube wiring in our house. It was a very big job and they came in and finished it on time and without going over the quoted price. They limited the damage to walls and ceilings and patched up any holes that were made. Kia also added fire alarms without any extra charge. The only complaint i would have is that we bought some new light fixtures for Kia to install and the boxes that they came in were destroyed so we can't return a couple of the fixtures that we have decided we don't like. Apart from that everything was great, they are a good bunch of guys and I would recommend Kia without hesitation.

Last year we hired an electrician to replace the knob and tube in the upper portion of the house. The electrician completed the upstairs but told us some of the switches still needed work. Our approach was to re-wire the house in phases so we accepted that some of the switches would need to be done in a later phase. This winter I went up to the attic to add some insulation and discovered wires everywhere, including new wiring connected to knob and tube. Also, we later discovered that the electrician added an electrical panel in a closet, which is not to code. We tried to find the electrician to come back and fix the mess but could not track him down.
We called a few contractors and some didn't want to take the job or suggested massive damage to our house was required. After meeting with Kia and listening to his approach. We decided to completely replace all the knob and tube in the house (approx. 85% of our wiring was knob and tube).
Kia provided a competitive quote with assurance on minimal damage and complete inspection and certification. He also guaranteed his work. Kia and team replaced all of our knob and tube and redid the work the previous electrician did. After they were completed we found one outlet not working and Kia returned to fix it the same day I called. In addition to the knob and tube replacement, Kia's team added pot lights and replaced light fixtures.
We are very pleased with the work Kia did. On time and on budget with no surprises; Kia and his team did everything they said they would. This is the best contractor experience we've had and I would recommend Kia to anyone.

Kiya rewired our 80 year old house a year and a half ago (I have a previous positive review on that experience) and so when we had a problem with a couple of lights not working we called him again. It turns out that a DIY job to install a dimmer switch had been done incorrectly and was impacting other wiring. We had a brand new baby and Kiya scolded us for doing the job ourselves when it was such a hazardous mistake.
However, he and his guys very kindly fixed the dimmer switch in the baby's room and did not charge us for it. We are grateful for his generosity and will always just call him again in the future! Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used Kiya and his team. The first was a condo we have where he installed pot lights in a difficult kitchen area. He was excellent; efficient, trustworthy and did great work. We recently used Kiya and his team to add potlights to our dining room, family room and additional pot lights in our kitchen. Our home is a much older home, so not easy to work with, but Kiya did a great job. The basement was the biggest job. He installed many pot lights, switches, ran cable etc, and lights in a bathroom we were installing. He was able to suggest improvements to our existing plan and was always patient with our requests. He was done quickly, reasonably priced and did quality work. His team was very professional. My 3 year old son always looked forward to seeing 'Kiya'. I am also a Real Estate Agent and will refer him to clients needing any type of electrical as Kiya and his team are well versed in all aspects of electrical work. Definitely pleased with Kiya and his work and will use him again! Thanks Kiya!

Our home inspector neglected to find any knob and tube (too lazy to look deep into the sockets - dont trust home inspectors with electrical) - this didnt get by Kiya...very thorough, safe and solid work - reasonable cost too....thanks Kiya

I contacted Kia to get a quote to replace knob and tube wiring, add additional outlets (inside and outside), install pot lights and wire the house with RG6 and Cat 6 cable. Kia was a little more expensive than some of the other quotes, but it was obvious that he was the most experienced.
The work was done in a timely manner and “collateral “ damage was minimal; minimizing re-plastering and repair costs. After the work was done we identified that one light that we use infrequently did not work. Kia returned to correct the missed circuit in a timely manner.
The only real complaint I had was that his team could have been a little more diligent in keeping furniture covered as the work generated an incredible amount of dust
Overall I am happy with the work done.

We bought a house that needed fully rewired, and Kiya and his team made it easy for us. We now have a 100-yr-old house with brand new potlights and all new wiring, all of which was done in under 2 weeks. His pricing was great and worry-free and his follow-up is excellent. His team also was very clean and respectful.

Unlike stories of other electricans replacing knob and tube wiring, Kiya and his men completed the job in a timely manner and as per estimate. The best part was that they did so without making huge holes in the walls and ceilings so the drywall repair work required was minimal. I have subsequently used Kiya to install under cabinet lighting in our kitchen and run new TV cable lines.

Kiya did an excellent job on the two projects that I had. Responded to our call right away and scoped out the project the day before. There was a complication with the wiring, the squirrels chewed through more wiring than we thought, but Kiya persisted in finding a solution. Unbeknownst to us our pot lights were a fire hazard so Kiya replaced them with safe lights. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
