Kitchen's By Ursini

We were extremely disappointed with Kitchen's by Ursini. Mr. Ursini, was impossible to get a hold of. He never returned phone calls and frequently didn't show up for scheduled meetings. Kitchen's by Ursini failed to disclose that they were not the manufacturer but the "middle man". Mr. Ursini subcontracts the kitchens to other manufacturers and rarely sees the project to completion. Mr. Ursini is unprofessional and disrespectful to the homeowners, especially if the homeowner is female. Mr. Ursini refused to give our money back upon request and he refused to deliver the final product. Unfortunately, dealing with Kitchen's by Ursini was a horrible experience.
