I found Kingsway carpets and blinds on Homestars abour 4 years ago and they changed our basement carpet. we are very happy with it and it still looks like new. We used them again for our bedrooms and again everything was trouble free. great service again. We hpe to find someone as reliable on homestars for our landscaping next year.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Kingsway spent considerable time helping to select products both in the showroom and at our house. Installation was on time and professional. The time and effort provided to us to make sure we were happy more than paid off.

We were out of the city due to the construction on the house, and they were able to help us decide on products completely on-line.
Without us even being there, they made no mess, were careful of a recently refinished floor, installed the new cork flooring so seamlessly that it looks like one piece, and put the blinds in the best possible position. They were very patient, professional and personable.

From the moment we walked into the store through to the installation, the experience with Maria and Alex was great. They were very knowledgable about product options, the price was competitive, the communication constant, the installation quick and painless, and Maria and Alex were very pleasant and professional. All in all a thoroughly satisfying retail experience.

I thought they did a great installing our carpets. Arrived on time, did the job efficiently, and I was happy with the results and the cost. I usually use friends, but these guys did as good, if not better. they came earlier and gave a free estimate, brought samples and completed the job within days!

We live in a 100+ year old semi, and needed new carpeting on our stairs. A visit to the showroom and a couple very informative conversations with George convinced us that Kingsway Carpets and Blinds was the right choice for us. We chose a beautiful textured wool and it was installed in a single day. This might not sound like such a lofty feat, but the staircases in our home are not straight runs, but have multiple landings. Add in the fact that nothing is level in this old house and you have a real installation challenge. Thanks to George's careful measurements (he came back to double check just before the binding was added to the runner) meant everything worked out perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the carpet, with the installation, and with our experience with Kingsway Carpet.
