NEVER buy Peerless Carpet from anyone including Kingsway. I have only had my carpet for less than 2 years and had to rip out the section because it looked horrible. It matted and flattened to look like a 20 year old carpet. They are telling me that it was from "lack of cleaning & maintenance schedule". I have a cleaning lady that comes every two weeks and had it steamed cleaned twice within 1 1/2 yrs. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!! There is no 25 year durability warranty. Don't be fooled and don't waste your money on their products.

Peerless ,style Irresistibly Soft is part of a Indulgence Collection 100% Permasoft solution Dyed Nylon with a Lifetime Stain, Soil and fade Resistance. All the spec suggests that is a great carpet. The company did follow all the procedures to inspect and test your carpet that has been installed 3 years ago. Unfortunately the test results did not confirm that anything was wrong with the carpet.
