NO customer service, NO warranty/yearly inspection follow up
2014-Stucco front, entire house new windows, eaves, soffits, fascia, porch concrete slab & covering, pillars. Pillars started falling apart, pine wood bleeding sap through, took part of pillar to office and left it there, without any response, then went and picked it up/so fed up! Called numerous times without any response from anyone. The worst customer service we've ever seen. All that money, with a written warranty for 10 years labor, supposed to be yearly inspection - NOT ONE!
Recently, 2021 fascia screws falling out, called 4 times and left message without 1 return call. Ended up with another Roofer - who we would highly recommend and fixed the same day!!
Would never recommend Keating for anything, extremely disappointed.
