I have used Kay Plumbing several times over the years and have always been very satisfied at the workmanship and speedy service.
The last work completed was a kitchen and washroom renovation. Everything was installed in a timely manner, all products very satisfactory and pleasant employees to deal with.

All work was done in a professional and timely manner. There where 4 bath rooms, kitchen and laundry room. Clean workmanship and knowledgeable about plumbing issues in general. Would highly recommend.

My Moen shower was leaking about a year after the Reno. Kay plumbing David told me that I probably had a warranty which he checked on although he didn't do the initial installation. I did and he got the part for free which saved me about 100. That's honesty integrity and service beyond the call of duty. Thanks David

Kay Plumbing incorrectly diagnosed how to fix the problem. They caused thousands of dollars of unnecessary expense. We had to take them to small claims court to win some of our money back. Even with the settlement they made receiving payment a pain. They were not honourable to deal with.
