My husband and I were looking for the perfect sofa for our living room. We had looked around in many stores and found a sofa that was perfect. It was a Lind sofa, however the price point wasn't close to our budget. We continued our search and stumbled apon J.P. Furnishings and to my dismay the store was closing for the day. The sales lady saw us peering into the store and welcomed us in after hours. As the doors open to my surprise the exact sofa (manufacture, leather and colour) was on the show room floor for a fraction of the price. I was thrilled and wanted to purchase it on site. The sales lady was very helpful and recommended that I bring in my throw cushions in the next day to be certain the sofa was the right choice. J.P. Furnishings wasn't looking to make a quick sale, they were committed to excellent customer service and providing a product that their customers were happy with. For our shopping experience they accomplished much more then that!

My wife and searched all over the Golden Horseshoe, including the GTA and even searched in the U.S. for the perfect fit and product to suit our dinette. Once we settled on the brand and custom features we were set on we found three distributers of the Tennesee Manufacturing dinette set. Maybe due to the customized features we wanted, the retail stores did not make it easy to purchase. Untill we stoped at JP Furnishings in the Stoney Creek Design Centre. Once my wife and were settled with what we wnated we just wanted to purchase it and get it into our home ASAP. After we told JP what we wanted he got back to us within the following week confirming the size and finishings we wanted and a GREAT price to boot. Thank you to JP. The experience was excellent and we are injoying our new dinette.
