Clean up excellent, full explanation of how to operate and same with new thermostat.
Left details to contact City for inspection, which will be completed June 5th.

My furnace stopped putting out heat, and Joyce was able to send someone out the next morning. Dave showed up on time, and fairly quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it with a new spring in about 30 minutes.

The work was very good. The only complaint I have is that the installer should have asked me how I wanted the alterations done to meet code. I had to be watching to Express my dislikes about what he was about to do regarding the location of the pressure relief tank and the earthquake strapping location.

Replaced an old oil burning furnace and installed a gas line from the meter along with a new natural gas furnace. This connected to our forced air venting system. The installation was good but the contractor left all of the packaging and waste from the project scattered on the floor, as well as all of the mess from drilling through the wall to the outside meter. The finishing seemed a little unprofessional but install quality is fine and I have had no problems since the install.

It was very cold and snowing outside and our furnace decided not to give us any heat. We called Joyce Heating and they were at our home within a half hour. Excellent service. Within the hour we had nice warm heat. Very pleased with the fast service.

Years ago I used Joyce Heating to upgrade my furnace and replace my hot water tank, and was impressed with their service at that time. When I noticed water under my tank over the holidays, I called them. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. (I did get other quotes and they were close to other companies cost-wise)
