John Boone Architect

Our project was to build a new 2 1/2 storey home on the footprint of an old bungalow, keeping one side wall and the walls surrounding the attached garage. We also put on a rear addition. We hired John to do the architectural drawings and COA application/meeting. John brought great ideas to the project, was super easy to work with, and was very thorough. John also had incredible patience when dealing with the city, as our project had a few hiccups along the way including needing a plan revision due to as built deviating from plan. I would definitely work with John again.
