I call the Jermark about a leak under my kitchen cabinet, I got the # from Brookfield management of my building. the plumber showed up first thing in the morning as arranged and found the leak to be coming from my kitchen faucet. he showed me the exact spot and it was inside the faucet which is 20 plus years old. he told me its probably best to replace the faucet due to the age of it. he installed a Moen tap which is great. he also pointed out that the drain pipes for the sinks was rusted badly and he recommended that I replace while he was there to prevent a second service call. at first I thought it was a snow job, so I asked him if he can show me for sure that its rusted. he said if I push my finger through the brass pipe would that be good proof and I agreed. low and behold he put his finger through it with little pressure. it took him about a extra 40 minutes and the drain pipe was replaced. the workmanship was great he cleaned up perfect and was very polite. I wish all trades were like this. I would highly recommened Jermark any time.
