We live in a condo and we had to use an approved service for the first part of our kitchen renovation. Booking an appointment takes a week, and the first part of the service was ok and achieved the goal. We booked for the second appointment to install the sink and complete the job. On the day the plumber was a no show and after calling to check why, we find out that the appointment was not put in their calendar. While that is a mistake that could happen, I could understand if there were efforts to rectify it. Instead I was told I did not book it, as well given another week for the next appointment. It is very disappointing that the work ethic is to falsely blame the customer and not help complete the job. I could not recommend the company not as much due to the plumbing services themselves but due to the lack of professionalism in dealing with customers.
