Jagg Came out and looked at my basement leak for free. I really liked how George Explained everything to me in great detail, and made sure I understood the procedure. Even before he left I knew Jagg Was the right company. When they Came to do the work the service guy was very entertaining and professional. there was no mess, and my basement was DRY. I saw these guys at the Home show last year, and said to myself, I will never need them....Well was I so wrong. We notice a few wet spots near the outside walls, a freind came over made a hole in the drywall and found that it was infested with mould....George from JAGG came out to see us, we are extremlly happy with the service, these guys went over and beyond the call of duty. There quote was a little bit higher than expected, yet worth every cent!! They even suggested a general contractor to repatch the wall....two weeks later now and I am enjoying a dry basement THANKS GUYS

I was very very happy with the free writen estimate that was provided. They came out when I was available and looked at what was leaking in our basement(Un like others).The Estimater was a WOMAN which suprised me, she was very informative and explained every thing in detail. The service guy was on time and very courtious to me and my house.
I would recommend Jagg Enterprizes to friends and family who may have a basement leak and will call them again if I need them.
