Waterproofed the concrete block foundation
Met them at the home show last winter and saw they were using the waterproofing techniques I needed. Booked them for an estimate for the first day the snow was gone and they showed up as promised.
I did get two estimates which were priced comparable but went with Jagg because he provided more detail in his written estimate. I was clearer as to what he was going to do.
With the wet summer their work schedule fell behind but they called to confirm they were coming and showed up the day promised.
Every day thereafter they showed up on time. They were very careful to avoid making a mess. They had very little room to work & had to use my neighbours' yard but once they cleaned up you would never know they had done so.
They even fixed my fence gate and sliding door to my sun room so they were better than when they arrived.
Ask for the free basket of tomatoes. They were the best we ate all summer!

- Once they exposed my foundation, we could see that the previoius owner had tried to repair the leak before. They hired the wrong company to do the work or tried themselves. Don't make this mistake. Hire Jagg!
