Irpinia is the manufacturer of our kitchen cabinets. We selected them because very few companies make the high gloss polyurethane finish we required. There is a specific process that is undertaken to achieve the high gloss polyurethane finish. Because of the process involved the cost of these doors/panels is more expensive.
The doors, panels and all finishing pieces received and unpacked 18th June 2018 then installed have swirly buff lines, ripple marks, scratches, dents. There are also scratches inside and dents along the edges of the cabinetry boxes that can be clearly seen when opening the doors .
There are also other problems relating to how drawers have been constructed as all gaps were different and did not line up.
We called the Customer Experience Department of Irpinia shortly the material was delivered to our private residence June 18 2018. At first the person we spoke with what appeared to be helpful and took our concerns seriously but after she spoke with the owner of "other company " it became obvious that Irpinia’s business relationship with "other company" was more important.

Initially we were told by a representative from the Customer Experience Department that she could assure us that Irpinia will do whatever is necessary to make this right. However what they had done at thereafter is try to blame the lighting used in our kitchen, then tell us that it is industry standard that a person has to stand more than 3 feet away from the cupboard door and see it from that distance before it is considered a defect (the marks, swirls, scratch can been seen from a measured distance of 29 feet away) to claiming a touch up polishing will correct all of the problems – Update 2019: 8 doors done and a alleged new sample manufactured in 2019 has not fixed these problems 279 days after our first complaints.

Please read Google reviews for further updates as i am out of of room on this posting. Hope to find a fix soon - Thank You
