I recently purchased a hot tub from International Pool and Spa. Definitely did my research first and ended up back here. Wasn't sold as much as educated to the right decision. Was an amazing experience not being pressured to something I didn't want. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pool or spa. Came in for my free spa school after and have no issues keeping my water nice and clear. Thanks!!

My husband and I purchased a pool from international pool and spa a few weeks ago. We were offered installation a week later and thought this was great due to the busy season. We didn't haggle with price as we were getting immediate install. My husband called to confirm installation with the pool company and was told everything was on schedule. The day came for install and nobody showed up. We called the pool company and was told it would at earliest be another two weeks before they would get to us. When we said that would not be sufficient and would like our money back, we were told they would be there the next day. The installer showed up the next day and literally dumped the pool boxes in our yard and left. We now can not get anyone to return our calls. I have a pool in boxes that I'm assuming we will either have to take back ourselves or pay someone else to do the install. This has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend international pool and spa Oakville location.

Do not support them. We have had 4 leaking liners in 4 years. All seam failures. Thousands spent on pro rated warranty and water. Arrogant service. Apparently we have had "bad luck" Nonsense!

We have had nothing but problems with International Pool & Spa. The customer service has been deplorable. Installation took forever, may dates promised with no calls saying installation had been postponed. Had a problem with rust on the pool rails which was taken care of very quickly by the manufacturer but botched up by International Pool & Spa. I would never, ever recommend this company.

We had been wanting a hot tub for a while, but were waiting for the right time. We received a flyer in the mail for the Recreational Warehouse's blow out sale, so we went to check it out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly, eager, and knowledgable staff, who were happy to answer our millions of questions. We left there feeling quite confident. We later went to the hot tub expo at the international centre, coincidently the same weekend, and we very disappointed and knew right away the International Pools and Spa, Recreational Warehouse had our business. The respect and service we received was beyond anything you can expect. Not once did they try to up sell us or talk us into something we didn't need nor could afford. Mike McBride is one hell of a salesman! We will be recommending Recreational Warehouse to everyone!!!

We purchased a hot tub from Recreational Warehouse in Mississauga a year ago. The sales rep was great, pricing was good and the sales team's knowledge of their product is what made us choose them over a local competitor. We are so happy with the product and have continued to go back to the store for our cleaning supplies, chemicals, etc. We couldn't be happier with how everything went in the purchasing process and the continued service we get from the people at this store. Wonderful job guys, we will continue to recommend you to anyone who asks where we purchased our tub!

Great service. Our family has shopped at Recreational Warehouse for pool supplies for over 14 years. Bought a hot tub there and had it delivered. Amazing job in always looking after us. Wilson gave us a great deal on the tub on Boxing day. We have been in every night since!

We met with a representitve at the Home Show in Toronto who gave us a fantastic deal on an above ground pool, which we purchased on the spot. We then went to their showroom in Mississauga to pick out our liner & other small details, as well as make arrangements for the installation. Each of these "appointments" went very smoothly. Bill came out to measure the yard & help us determine where to place the pool. The installation was smooth, painless & professional. We attended "pool school" to help us learn to care for the pool. Everything seemed as though it was going great! However, it was a hot summer and we had difficulty keeping the pool clear. We called the store & went in personally many times, but little to know follow up support was provided. We were very disappointed in the way things turned out. They have a GREAT sales team, but unfortunately little to no follow though.

This company has put my mom through hell! The whole experience has been a nightmare since day one. Starting the day she placed the order for the liner (which wasn't actually ordered until nine months later!) to after the liner was FINALLY installed (incorrectly no less). She is still fighting them three months later as the have threatened to send her to collections if she doesn't pay an additional $1,000 over and above the SIGNED contract which she never agreed to pay or was even aware of for that matter. The list of specific issues with this purchase is too l;ong to type but starts at the sales staff level all the way to head office, who has made several unkept promises and has ignored correspondence throughout the process. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Int'l Pool & Spa Warehouse. You will just become another innocent victim of their incompetence and greed!
