Ideal Tile & Carpet Hardwood Flooring

We were renovating our main floor. Kumar came to our house, saw the existing flooring (which his company installed previously) and ordered the equivalent material to complete the rest of the floor. Once done,we realized the flooring was the same colour, but the finish was wrong. One was semi gloss and one was satin finish. Very noticeable to us.
We also had carpet installed up our stairs and on the landing. The carpet was installed poorly. The threshold matches to existing carpet is suspect, and there are cuts that extend into the carpet that should not be there.
I have personally asked Kumar to return to our home to inspect the work. I have now given up.
His company has done its last job in our home.
