Looking for sofa; went to several stores, and not satisfied. A large toronto store could not answer my questions as to build quality, differences in fabric, etc Decided on a custom sofa, found ideal on the net. Krystyna was great- came to house and custom measured. Went to their warehouse where she showed me construction [ hardwood] and explained differences in quality of fabrics/ cushions/ etc. Also helpful with colour selections.The sofa came exactly as they had designed it. Price was fair- but you certainly get a lot more for your money than buying off the showroom floor from a large store. Highly recommend ideal sofa.
