Bill showed up on our newly purchased property early to start the process of inspection from the outside of the house. My spouse was there with him and was able to walk through and get very detailed on all the preventative maintenance that we could do on the outside of the house. He went through the inside of the house with my spouse as well, spending a lot of time answering questions that we had about the structural integrity of the house. He got down and dirty in the crevices of the house and was very easy to get along with. He offered up his opinions on the house (positive, thankfully!) and I know that he was being genuine, as my agent has used him before and he has been truthful on not-so-great houses. We are happy with the outcome of the inspection and the detailed report we were provided with.
