I have been with Hometurf for a number of years,
The service is not bad. They kill most of my weeds, but not all.
I get frustrated when they spray products on a rainy day, when there paperwork tells you not to water for 24 hours. This has happened frequently. When I call they tell me it is ok, and to call back if I am not satisfied and they will do it again.
They will come back, but it adds on more thing to my to do list.
They are good for the basic services, but not if you have issues with a dying lawn.
I have large patches in my front lawn and have racked, put down seed, fresh soil, all the right things and the grass grows and then dies. I have had treatment for grubs, etc. Several times I have requested advice from Hometurf and either got told it was thatch or no response.
I gave just been too busy to start researching different lawn care companies, to see if I can find one that us more knowledgeable at a reasonable price.
